"Kara was awesome - sold my place for above market value in the amount of time she said it should sell. Awesome realtor and wonderful person - Go Kara. Kara returned calls promptly. I was retiring and owned 2 properties and getting nervous about having to pay 2 mortgage payments living on pension. She told me not to worry and it would be OK. She meant what she said. The day I was to leave to move she called with an offer. It couldn't come at a better time and right on the money.
